Trimble is looking for a detail-oriented expert to manage end-to-end payroll for our West/South Europe entities, partnering across Finance and HR to drive excellence in our corporate infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for France, Italy, Portugal and Spain entities, ensuring every team member is paid accurately and on time.
• Master the integration between Workday and CloudPay to maintain flawless data integrity across our global HRIS landscape.
• Partner with local payroll providers and government authorities to navigate complex labor laws and reporting requirements.
• Own the monthly financial reconciliation process and SOX controls, acting as a critical bridge between Payroll and Corporate Finance.
• Drive ad-hoc improvements and innovative practices to optimize payroll solutions and reporting for the entire region.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in managing payroll platforms, specifically CloudPay or similar global systems.
• Deep working knowledge of French labor laws, social security, and local tax requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English and French to support our international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical background with experience in payroll-related accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Technical familiarity with the Workday ecosystem, including experience with 3rd party system integrations is beneficial.
