PCS Global Cash FP&A Leader & ESY FP&A Transformation Leader reports to the PCS FP&A Leader and has a dotted line reporting directly into the ESY FP&A Leader.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. FP&A Cash Leader – PCS
Primary Objective: Maximize cash flow, liquidity, and working capital performance while improving visibility and predictability.
Core Responsibilities:
Own cash flow forecasting (short-, mid-, and long-term) for the business. Partner with Regional Finance teams, Treasury and Controllership teams to manage all Working Capital Metrics (AR, AP, Inventory, PDs, DTP amongst others) Work with the Regional teams to highlight risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions. Hold regions accountable to their forecasts and ensure they are operationalizing all agreed cash related decisions. Develop and track cash KPIs (e.g., Free Cash Flow, DSO/DPO, inventory turns). Stress-test scenarios and sensitivities to support decision-making. Embed cash discipline into planning, budgeting, and operating rhythms. Continue the drive to bring all Cash FP&A activities into PCS HQ, and build a team which serves all the Regions ensuring they all stay accountable for their cash performance.2. FP&A Transformation Leader – ESY
Primary Objective: Drive the evolution of FP&A toward a more automated, insight-driven, and scalable model.
Core Responsibilities:
Partner with Electrification Systems Business lines FP&A leaders and HQ FP&A team to further drive FP&A Transformation with immediate focus on PCS Cash FP&A transformation Lead OFLP associates to drive FP&A process standardization across business lines and regions for better efficiency and scalability, Enable FP&A shift focus from manual data scrub and consolidation to value‑added business partnership and strategic activities on forecast & analysis at the right level Drive standardization of FP&A processes, definitions, and performance metrics across businesses. Lead change management: training, communication, and adoption across FP&A teams. Serve as a thought partner to FP&A leaders, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.Qualifications/Requirements :
