Une scale-up SaaS en forte croissance dans la LegalTech recherche un.e People Partner qui prendrait un scope 360 pour ensuite pouvoir devenir leur Head of People France.


Français & Anglais courant requis (team internationale).

What is needed


Someone who can own everything people-related on the ground in Europe: hiring, day-to-day HR, office life, and making sure every person who joins has a great experience from day one.


This is not a support role. You’ll be the go-to person for the entire European team and work hand-in-hand with the Head of People to build something we’re proud of.



What you’ll own


Recruitment (60%)



  • Run hiring end-to-end for European roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool so we’re never starting from zero

  • Participate in optimising our hiring machine by leveraging AI tools to move faster and smarter

  • Make candidates want to join — and understand why this team is worth it


Onboarding & HR ops (40%)



  • Handle admin before day one (contracts, tools, paperwork, equipment)

  • Coordinate the first week experience: welcome pack, breakfast, intro sessions

  • Make sure every new joiner feels set up to do great work fast



  • Own payroll, employment contrat and day-to-day HR admin

  • Be the first point of contact for employee questions


Culture & Office management (10%)



  • Coordinate team gatherings, offsites, and cohesion initiatives (random coffee, team lunches, etc.)

  • Support the Head of People in making culture moments happen



  • Keep the office running smoothly: supplies, deliveries, maintenance, daily clean

  • Create an environment people actually want to come to


Experience



  • 2–5 years in a Talent Acquisition or Talent Acquisition & Ops role, ideally in a SaaS startup or scale-up environment

  • Comfortable owning both recruiting end-to-end

  • You don't need to have had previous experience in ops

  • You are familiar with AI tools and maybe automation

  • Previous exposure to an international team — great if you’ve worked across cultures
