We are looking for a Process Manager who can support our Business Process teams with designing and creating process models to represent Ahlstrom’s new ways of working.

They will be responsible for co-ordinating working sessions with the Stella program participants, as well as for organizing training for users in both Aris Published and Production databases.

This role requires an understanding of business process management, including process mapping, and the ability to contribute to the development of the tools used for this.

The role will be also be responsible for managing the documentation and translations of Ahlstrom business processes, working with teams across the whole of Ahlstrom to ensure alignment between our process modelling work and Stella program objectives.

Stella Program: The Stella transformation program drives Ahlstrom’s end-to-end process harmonization, data quality improvement, and digital capability development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Training of methodologies and tools for business process mapping


• Participate actively in Aris development work


• Coach process team members and global key users on process and data management work


• Support Process Heads and Key users for SOP creation work


• Responsible for DMS sharepoint and maintenance of links between Aris and SOP documents/translations


• Participation in Stella related projects as required.


• Maintenance of the Aris tool.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree level education


• Minimum of 5 years' experience within the paper or manufacturing industry.


• Experience and a strong understanding of business process modelling.


• Fluent in English, spoken French an advantage.


• Good documentation skills


• Experience in project work


• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Note: This is an interim role for 18 months but may continue beyond that period.

The job could be located in France or in Finland.
