We are looking for a Product Owner to suport the development of our EV Charger. The Product Owner plays a critical role in our product development team, acting as a bridge between the stakeholders and the development team. This position involves prioritizing features, conducting market research, and ensuring that the product vision aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define the product vision and roadmap based on stakeholder input and market research.
2. Actively participate in backlog grooming, ensuring clear and concise user stories are developed.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development goals and deliverables.
4. Oversee the development process, from ideation through to delivery, maintaining open channels of communication and feedback.
5. Analyze product performance and user feedback to iterate and enhance the product continuously.
6. Facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure the team stays focused on delivery.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with development teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with product development lifecycle and user experience design.
• Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to product development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with acute attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in tech industry and familiarity with software development processes.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
