Job Summary

As a Production Apprentice at CROWN Bevcan France SAS, you will gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing of beverage cans, learning various production processes and supporting the team in ensuring efficient and high-quality output.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist experienced production operators in setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery.
* Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various production tasks, including material handling, quality checks, and machine adjustments.
* Support the maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment and work areas.
* Participate in troubleshooting minor production issues under supervision.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
* Document production data accurately as required.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets.
* Actively engage in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to develop technical skills.

Job Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in or recently completed a technical vocational program or similar educational path related to manufacturing, mechanics, or industrial production.
* A strong willingness to learn and develop practical skills in a manufacturing environment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of mechanical principles is a plus.
* A commitment to safety and quality standards.
* Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve standing for extended periods, lifting, and operating machinery.
