Recruitment starts in April 2026, and the program begins in September 2026.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nProject Engineer - Engineering Graduate Program F/H\n\nThe program will start with the role of a Project Engineer in Marolles, France, where you will join our Interconnect Technology Division within Eaton\u2019s Aerospace business. In this role, you will be a part of the team working on electrical and optical connectors and interconnection systems. You will be largely involved in continuous improvement for the new product development processes by leading the implementation of portfolio and project management tools. As a Project Engineer, you will work on automation of processes related to Research \u0026 Development and foster cross-functional collaboration with teams across the division to drive operational excellence. \n \nThe second year of the program will take place in another EMEA country within one of the following disciplines: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, embedded systems, power electronics, product development. Potential locations for the second-year assignment include Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Italy or the Netherlands.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Currently possess, or will have obtained a bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering by August 2026.
