About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team to build 3E's brand awareness and support top of funnel demand generation in Europe. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for localizing campaigns and content, supporting local social media channels for France, Germany, and the U.K.
In this role you will manage aligned execution of local campaign strategy to support demand generation and brand awareness for 3E in Europe.
What You'll Do
- Be a part of the globally distributed team and build regional marketing programs for Europe
Lead local brand building and consistency efforts:
- Support rebranding of recent acquisition in France
- Lead efforts to build brand awareness and equity for the 3E brand, with immediate focus on France
Align product messaging to local markets:
- Provide local market insights and intelligence to inform global positioning efforts
- Leverage GTM messaging and playbooks created by portfolio marketing team and help align to local market
Localize campaigns and content:
- Oversee translation and adaptation of key content, landing pages, and collateral for marketing and sales enablement efforts
- Develop, coordinate, create and drive local campaigns and promotions such as digital campaigns, customer communications, and nurture programs, coordinating with portfolio marketing managers and local sale leaders
- Manage 3E's local social media channels and social publishing strategy
Measurement and performance tracking:
- Work against Marketing's key performance indicators (KPIs) with focus on campaign performance metrics that drive cross sell and new logos
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and communications, preferably in a content or communications strategy role
- Must have written and verbal fluency in French and English
- Strong knowledge of content marketing best practices, SEO, and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise and interest in copy writing and editing as well as strategic messaging development
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
- Experience in workplace safety or software sectors a plus
- Familiarity with industry-specific content and terminology
- Ability to think strategically, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Experience working in a fast pace, matrixed and highly collaborative environment
