Description de l'emploi - Regional Sales Manager (f/m/d) in France for Earthmoving Equipment

Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for earthmoving equipment
Establish and develop relationships with local dealers and dealer networks
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract conclusion
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met
Achieve sales targets and objectives for earthmoving equipment in line with company objectives
Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure competitive, profitable results

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
10+ years of sales and dealer management experience in the heavy equipment or earthmoving industry
Strong knowledge of the French market with experience to develop and leverage industry networks
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in French and English, knowledge of other languages an advantage
Willing to travel throughout France and occasionally abroad
