The mission of the Region Manager is to lead Wallbox’s commercial expansion and market development within the assigned countries (France & UK), ensuring strong performance across AC and DC portfolios, channels, and direct accounts. This role combines strategic market ownership, leadership of local teams, and execution of revenue growth plans.
This role will be based in Paris or in London.
Key responsibilities
Define and implement the country go-to-market strategy in alignment with regional and global priorities.
Drive revenue growth across both AC (volume, channel-driven) and DC (strategic, project-driven) businesses.
Build, lead, and coach a high-performing local sales teams (KAMs, AEs, CSMs, Channel Managers)
Manage strategic accounts directly (utilities, CPOs, fleets, public sector) and support KAMs in key negotiations.
Ensuring profitable growth and sustainable market presence.
Represent Wallbox with government agencies, industry associations, and major events to strengthen market positioning and Brand Awareness.
Provide market intelligence (competition, policy, customer needs) back to HQ to refine global product and strategy.
Customer profiles: Charge Point Operators (CPOs), Utilities & Energy Companies with global portfolios, Fleet Operators with multinational operations (logistics, delivery, public transport), Strategic Partners such as OEMs, technology alliances, and channel master distributors.
Requirements
7–10+ years in B2B sales, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or EV charging.
Proven success in scaling a business within a country/region, including building teams and channels.
Strong track record in managing large, complex deals (tender-based, multi-site, multi-stakeholder).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with C-level and public sector stakeholders.
This role will be based in Paris or in London.
Willingness to travel between the two cities and HQ (Barcelona).
