The Role

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in emergency and critical care settings, utilizing advanced clinical skills to manage complex medical situations.
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients' conditions, swiftly implementing appropriate interventions in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and adherence to established protocols, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care activities, assessments, and responses to treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care, fostering a supportive and informed environment.
• Willing to work in the U.S. This opportunity is an onsite RN role in the US. Specific details about the location (city/state) will be discussed during the interview.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of bedside experience in at least 100-bed capacity hospital
• Previous ER/MS experience preferred
• Areas: ICU, Medical Surgical, Emergency Room, Operating Room, CCU
• Current RN License
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must have passed or be currently processing the US NCLEX.
