As a member of our Data Privacy team, you will ensure Questel group’s compliance with data protection laws.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize personal data management processes, implement data protection measures, and promote data privacy culture across the group.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities ...
👉 Support of Questel’s Data mapping:
- Inventory of personal data processing (coordination, interviews, documentation drafting).
- Coordination with IT/ERP teams to create a cross-department database.
👉 Support Questel’s group DPO activities:
- Maintain and draft Personal Data internal documentation: Database, Records, Policies, Process.
- Assist in the implementation of data privacy measures at group level and within Questel’s subsidiaries.
- Support the group DPO to assess Questel’s suppliers.
- Assist in the review of the contractual framework (DPA, data protection sections, intragroup agreements).
- Participate in raising awareness and training employees on personal data standards and policies.
- Assist the group DPO to conduct the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA).
- Assist the group DPO to conduct interviews of Questel’s affiliates regarding the compliance level of maturity and to define the remediation measures to be implemented.
- Provide guidelines, advice, recommendations for new and existing projects in a data privacy perspective (Privacy by Design).
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Operations teams to align data management strategies with business needs.
- Ensure the legal watch on personal data laws and cases law.

- Master's degree in law and/or compliance with data privacy specialization.
- Experience appreciated as legal compliance counsel, governance, or a related role, in a multinational environment and within an IT sector company (IT service provider).
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong personal organization and rigor.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Fluency in English and French (oral, written) essential, and other languages appreciated.
