Accountabilities
- Providing monthly supervision for psychiatry team members within the Virtual Program.
- Collaborating with leadership to address site-specific needs and improve patient care.
- Advocating for standardized admission and clinical protocols.
- Driving the integration of quality initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Improving utilization of clinical data for informed decision-making.
- Leading the productivity model implementation with Medical Directors.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree; board eligible or certified in Child & Adolescent or Adult Psychiatry.
- Four years of post-residency or fellowship experience, with preferred medical management experience.
- Excellent communication and executive functioning skills.
- Active physician license, with willingness to obtain licensure in other states.
- Completed three years of graduate training in a psychiatry program approved by the AMA.
