You will play an essential role in ensuring our French-speaking customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide back office support for gaming-related inquiries from French-speaking customers across multiple communication platforms.
• Work in collaboration with various internal teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Accurately document customer interactions, as well as internal processes, to create a reliable record for future reference.
• Identify and suggest improvements in operational processes to elevate customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and gaming products to provide informed and knowledgeable support.
• Participate in continuous training to enhance your skills and gain deeper insights into the gaming industry.

• Fluency in French (both oral and written) is a must; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Prior experience in customer support or back office roles, preferably within the gaming sector.
