Join our Customer Onboarding - Capital Increase team, dedicated to creating exceptional onboarding experiences. Reporting to Timothée, you’ll take a key role in managing client portfolios and overseeing capital increase projects. Your contributions will directly enhance client satisfaction and drive the ongoing improvement of our services.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Qonto, you will

- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and handling capital increase projects.

- Act as a liaison between clients, notaries, and Qonto to facilitate seamless transactions.

- Analyze and solve complex issues to enhance client satisfaction and conversion rates.

- Provide education and guidance on capital increases, focusing on customer service excellence.

- Collaborate with team members to navigate challenging situations and contribute to team success.

His background? Timothée brings a wealth of experience from both traditional banking and customer development in startups. Since joining Qonto five years ago, he has led the Capital Deposit team and currently serves as Senior Lead for Onboarding, specializing in supporting company founders.
