  • Raise the bar in terms of engineering quality and standards.
  • Own the squad’s roadmap execution with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Track delivery KPIs, identify risks early, and implement improvements.
  • Promote FinOps awareness and cost-conscious decision-making.
  • Ensure tasks are well-prioritized in alignment with PO/PM.
  • The team fully owns and operates their services in production.
  • Lead incident response and post-mortem efforts to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor performance and support ongoing run activities.

This role is for you if:

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a senior or advanced Data Engineer, in a demanding, modern data ecosystem (cloud-native, SQL, Python, data viz, data ops, semantic layers, etc.).
  • You also have 2+ years of experience as a Manager, Team Lead, or Tech Lead in an agile environment.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, B2C, high-expectation contexts and can adapt delivery to scale.
  • You bring strong awareness of modern data trends and best practices.
  • You’re autonomous when it comes to incident management and production ownership.
  • You’re fluent in English, and an excellent communicator.
  • You love tech, product innovation, and pushing teams to grow.
