Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers seeking support with printers and related products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with product specialists to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Participate in team meetings to share customer feedback and contribute to improving service quality.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide comprehensive support.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• A strong interest in technology, particularly in printers and office equipment.
