Finance Specialist

Currently we are looking for a Finance Specialist for Hyundai Motor Group Racing in the south of France. You would be responsible for the processing of all accruing bookings in the finance department.

Tasks

• Invoice check, parking and posting
• Checking and  posting travel expense reimbursements
• Support for monthly and annual closing and for French tax audits
• Support for accounting audits by responding to the French auditor
• Preparation for the monthly VAT return
• Preparation for the European VAT refund

Requirements

• Education in finance / accounting is mandatory
• Several years of practical experience in a comparable field of responsibility 
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent French and good command of spoken and written English
• Independent and structured way of working
• High affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills
• Flexibility

Nous recherchons un/une Finance Specialist talentueux(se) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre Hyundai Motor Group Racing dans le sud de la France. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel au sein du département finance et serez responsable du traitement complet des opérations comptables.

Vos missions

• Vérification, imputation et comptabilisation des factures
• Contrôle et comptabilisation des notes de frais
• Participation aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
• Support lors des contrôles fiscaux français
• Soutien aux audits comptables en répondant aux demandes de l’auditeur
• Préparation de la déclaration de TVA mensuelle
• Préparation des demandes de remboursement de TVA intracommunautaire

Votre profil

• Formation en finance ou comptabilité obligatoire
• Plusieurs années d’expérience dans un poste similaire
• Très bonne maîtrise de SAP et du pack MS Office, en particulier Excel
• Maîtrise du français, et bon niveau d’anglais (oral et écrit)
• Travail autonome, structuré et précis
• Forte affinité avec les chiffres et excellentes compétences analytiques
• Sens de l’adaptation, flexibilité
• Personnalité ouverte, engagée et orientée travail en équipe
