Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support to French-speaking clients using various channels.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary to ensure issue resolution.

• Stay informed about e-commerce platform updates, policies, and relevant market trends.

• Exceptional fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
• A minimum of B2 in English is required.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and relevant e-commerce platforms.
