Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in French through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Document all interactions and feedback accurately in the company's CRM system.
• Work closely with team members to continually improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skill set and product knowledge.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and best practices.

• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
