Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking business clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address client inquiries related to business services, account management, and operational support.
• Resolve client-related issues swiftly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions in the CRM system for reference and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery.
• Stay current on company services and products to provide informed and relevant assistance to clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to further enhance skills and service effectiveness.

• Fluency in French and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a customer support role, particularly within a business or corporate environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on client engagement.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with an ability to manage client needs efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
