• Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver comprehensive information about our products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service processes based on customer insights.
• Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
• Support the training and onboarding of new employees by sharing expertise and best practices.

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
