Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support in French across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records within the CRM system.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold excellent service standards.
• Stay well-informed about company products, policies, and industry developments to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Open to relocating to Greece with full relocation support provided by Mercier Consultancy Group.
• Capability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced work setting, including multitasking and problem-solving.
• Experience with CRM platforms and digital communication tools is advantageous.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
