In this role, you will play a key part in building and nurturing strong relationships with our French-speaking customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in their journey with us, addressing their needs and queries in a prompt and professional manner. Your fluency in French will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service that drives loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with French-speaking customers through various communication channels, providing outstanding support and assistance.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Proactively follow up with customers to gauge satisfaction and identify further opportunities to assist.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with different teams to develop and implement customer loyalty initiatives.
• Inform customers about new products, services, and loyalty programs that may benefit them.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or loyalty programs is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
