Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Mobility Services Company in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to mobility services and solutions.

Your fluency in French will be essential in delivering clear and effective assistance as you guide clients through service details, booking processes, and any challenges they may encounter. Your contribution will ensure a seamless customer experience and promote our commitment to enhancing mobility for all.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding mobility services
  • Assist customers with bookings, service details, and general inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Gather customer feedback to drive improvements in our services
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and offerings in the mobility sector
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in mobility, travel, or related fields, is preferred
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Passion for mobility services and helping customers overcome challenges
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
