Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Real Estate Platform in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients seeking real estate solutions, guiding them through inquiries and assisting them in finding their ideal properties.

Your fluency in French will be essential as you help customers navigate the platform, addressing any questions they have about listings, legal processes, and property details. By delivering top-notch customer service, you will contribute to a seamless and positive experience for clients looking to invest in real estate in Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding real estate inquiries
  • Assist clients with property searches, information requests, and application processes
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and address complaints professionally
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information delivery
  • Gather customer feedback to continuously enhance our service and platform offerings
  • Stay informed about the real estate market trends and developments in Greece
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in real estate or related fields, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in real estate and helping clients achieve their property goals
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
