Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professionalism and a warm demeanor in every interaction.
• Assist customers in understanding our products and services, delivering accurate and informative guidance.
• Rapidly address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to uphold high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and conduct follow-ups to ensure their needs are fulfilled.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and different departments to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay updated on our products and industry trends to provide the best possible support.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly within a multilingual context, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on creating positive customer experiences.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software.
• A positive attitude, eagerness for new experiences, and willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
