French speaking Customer Success Account Managers for software company in Greece

Mercier Consultancy is searching for dedicated French Speaking Customer Success Account Managers to join a thriving software company in Greece! In this exciting role, you will be pivotal in facilitating client satisfaction and success by ensuring they effectively utilize our software solutions to drive their business results.

You will work closely with French-speaking clients to understand their unique needs, provide tailored support, and develop strategic relationships that foster loyalty and growth. Your role will be critical in guiding clients through our software implementation and optimization processes, ensuring they achieve maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships.
• Onboard new clients and provide in-depth training on software features and best practices.
• Identify and address client challenges promptly to ensure successful software utilization.
• Document client interactions and track progress to facilitate transparent communication and follow-up.
• Partner with clients to develop tailored strategies that align software capabilities with their business objectives.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
• Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to address complex client needs effectively.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate them clearly to clients.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience with software solutions or technology products is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Greece and embrace a dynamic, multicultural environment.
