Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to French-speaking partners across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries and efficiently resolve service-related issues for partners.
• Educate partners on product features and offerings, helping them optimize their use of our services.
• Accurately document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop suitable solutions.
• Engage in regular follow-ups with partners to ensure satisfaction and effective resolution of their concerns.
• Keep informed about product updates, industry trends, and partner feedback to enhance our support services.

• Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in partner support, customer service, or a related field is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of IT systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems and support tools is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
