Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Banking Industry to join our team in vibrant Athens, Greece! This role offers you the chance to work in a dynamic banking environment while being immersed in the rich culture and history of Greece.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to their banking needs and providing exceptional service. Your expertise in customer support, combined with your knowledge of banking products, will help build trust and loyalty among our valued clients. If you are proactive, customer-oriented, and ready for a new adventure in Athens, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and efficient customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products, services, and account management.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
  • Engage in continuous training to remain knowledgeable about banking products and services.
  • Gather insights from customer interactions to help enhance service delivery.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial sector, is an advantage.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude toward customer service.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
