Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from German-speaking users via instant messaging, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
• Assist users with issues related to their social media accounts and provide guidance on platform functionalities.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive and efficient service.
• Document conversations and solutions to build a comprehensive support resource.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in social media and company policies to offer accurate support.
• Contribute ideas for improving customer support processes and interactions.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or social media engagement is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage several conversations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and instant messaging applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
