Global Water Solutions (GWS) is seeking a talented and driven Junior Sales Representative, to join our passionate sales force in France, focusing on all the GWS products. 


 


GWS is a leading global manufacturer of pressure tanks and water enhancement products including multi-function taps. We are fully dedicated to enhancing lives by providing innovative technologies and products that ensure access to clean water worldwide. 


 


We are looking for a
team player and result-driven professional with junior experience in sales or as technical sales representative. You will have a forte to strategize and understand market and consumer insights, having strong business ethics, with a proven record of exceeding sales and client satisfaction. The Junior Sales Representative - France, will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts for our Water Movement, Water Enhancement
Products, as well as our Quatreau Collection and will directly report to the Sales Representative – Luxembourg. This position will ideally be based in the West of France with good connections to Luxembourg and Paris.
 


 


Role and Responsibilities: 


 


The position includes the following responsibilities:  


 



  • Grow, develop and maintain the existing sales portfolio 



  • Perform Sales datamining and market intelligence activities specifically for the dedicated territory (online research, exhibitions, professional organisations) 



  • Actively prospecting new professional B2B accounts 



  • Strengthen our brand presence in the territory by representing the brand with professionalism, commitment and strong customer service skills 



  • Build customer loyalty through consistent follow-up and repeat visits. Extensive travel is a key part of this position 



  • Independently organise traveling routes, optimising the travel schedule and travel time 



  • Manage travel expenses against set budget 



  • Gain adequate technical knowledge of our products and their usage by continually reading and familiarising yourself with the usage of each product. 



  • Enter and update data in GWS CRM, including visitation reports, client feedback and follow-up information. 



  • Provide clear and accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities to management 



  • Work closely with the sales team and Area Manager to achieve set objectives (monthly and annual sales targets) 



  • Ideally located in the West of France (Toulouse and Bordeaux and have good connections to Luxembourg and Paris) 


 


Your Attributes: 


 



  • A minimum of 1 -2 years proven experience in physical product sales or as technical sales representative. Previous experience in a similar industry (Water treatment or water movement), would be a definite advantage. 



  • Fluency in French is , and English is recommended for all internal communication.  Other
    additional languages would be an advantage.
     



  • Independent, detail-orientated and driven by a strong sales mindset, turning a “no” into a futuristic opportunity 



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills  



  • Excellent negotiation skills  



  • To be able to organise your work schedule  



  • Free to travel extensively for business at least 2 weeks per month (60%) 



  • Excellent customer service skills 



  • Computer Literate
