What will you do as a Lead DevOps Engineer?

• Define and lead DevOps strategy and transition towards Continuous Deployment


• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure across Azure, Hyper-V, and ESX


• Promote best practices in collaborative development (feature branches, pull requests, code reviews, quality gates, etc.)


• Ensure consistent packaging across C++, .NET, Java, and JavaScript stacks


• Enhance toolchain synergy between Slack, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and our internal MEGA Store.


• Mentor and grow your team, promote  best practices and continuous improvement

Who are you?

• You are a French and English speaker


• You have Engineering background and proven experience in modern DevOps environments


• You have strong knowledge of Windows, .NET (Framework & .NET 6), web technologies, and PowerShell


• You are proficient with Git, Azure DevOps, and Terraform


• You are agile, proactive, and eager to explore new technologies


• You are comfortable working autonomously and leading with a solution-oriented mindset


• You are passionate about improving team velocity and software quality


• You are environmentally conscious, with an interest in sustainable IT practices

Recruitment process

1. 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)


2. 2nd Interview with our Cloud Director and Head of Development where you will dive into your personality and technical experience (45 minutes)


3. 3rd Interview with our Head of Product Operations where you will focus on the technical skills and your drive (1 hour)
