Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content and interactions to identify any breaches of community safety standards.
• Conduct detailed investigations into reported incidents, assessing situations to determine appropriate responses.
• Collaborate with different departments to develop and implement effective online safety policies and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver reports on online safety incidents and trends to management and stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging online safety challenges to apply proactive measures against potential risks.
• Educate users about best practices in online safety to enhance community awareness and security.

• Fluency in both Danish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Previous experience in online safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for conducting thorough investigations and making informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively relay safety guidelines and concerns.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
