Your Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content in Polish to ensure it aligns with community standards.
• Accurately classify and moderate content based on established guidelines and policies.
• Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations promptly and responsibly.
• Provide insights on content trends and contribute feedback to enhance the moderation process.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to improve overall content moderation strategies.
• Stay updated with company policies regarding content moderation and community interaction.

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow guidelines.
• Strong communication skills for effectively discussing moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with digital content platforms and moderation tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new cultural setting.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
