Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.

• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
• Stay informed about product changes and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
