Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously observe patient conditions, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthy living.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow infection control measures and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse in your country, or eligibility for registration in Ireland.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous nursing experience in clinical or hospital settings is highly valued.
• Dedication to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
• Able to work effectively in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
