As a Senior Sponsorship Manager ⚽🚀, you’ll take the lead in managing and growing partnerships with top European clubs, making sure rights are activated seamlessly and partners are delighted with the value we deliver.

You’ll be at the crossroads of sports, tech, and entertainment, collaborating across teams to bring campaigns, content, and product launches to life, all while strengthening our partner network.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Management

• 🤝 Act as the main point of contact for partner clubs, building strong, trust-based relationships.
• 📑 Ensure delivery of contractual rights (IP, ticketing, player access, digital, etc.) while maximizing value for ComAve.
• 🔍 Proactively spot upsell or co-creation opportunities, working closely with the Director of Sponsorship.
• ⚙️ Contribute to improving internal processes and tools to optimize partnership management.

Internal Collaboration

• 🎯 Work hand-in-hand with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Legal to integrate rights into campaigns, activations, and launches.
• 🎨 Ensure consistent use of club IP across product experience, branding, and campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who brings proven partnership experience and a genuine passion for sports and entertainment 🌍⚽

• 📈 6-8 years’ experience in partnership management, ideally within the sports or entertainment industries.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
• 🤝 Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• 🌐 Fluency in English & French (essential) — Spanish or Italian is a strong plus.
• 🔄 Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and thrive in a collaborative, fully remote team.
• ✈️ Willingness to travel regularly to clubs to nurture and strengthen partnerships.
