Remote Solutions Specialist, EMEA (Northern Cluster)

About the Role \n\n \n\nAs the medical device market continues to evolve through rapid technological advancement and changing customer expectations, we are creating this role to expand our team and execute our strategy for ExpertLink Remote Connectivity Solutions in Europe according to customer needs, while driving internal operations and extending digital capabilities. \n\nThis role will partner with both internal and external stakeholders to position Boston Scientific as a leading player in remote solutions across Europe, aligned with our customer\u2011centricity strategy and business objectives. \n\n \n\n\u2022 Location: Paris area (Voisins-le-Bretonneux), France \n\u2022 Work Mode: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office\n\n \n\nWe require availability to travel within the assigned region for approximately 30% of the time.\n\n \n\n \n\nYour Responsibilities will include \n\n \n\n\u2022 Responsible for the execution of Remote Solutions across the Northern Europe region, ensuring consistent delivery aligned with customer needs. \n\u2022 Collaborate with internal teams and customers as the primary regional contact to coordinate, promote, and deploy remote solutions across the region, supporting regional commercial objectives. \n\u2022 Provide remote or hands-on support to ensure smooth setup and execution of remote technologies during customer engagements including live procedures and medical education activities. \n\u2022 Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting and use\u2011case inquiries. \n\u2022 Partner with hospital IT, biomedical engineering, and clinical teams to facilitate the effective use of remote technologies during customer interactions. \n\u2022 Participate in internal and customer events to promote remote solutions, provide regular training and onboarding to internal and external stakeholders. \n\u2022 Drive the adoption of remote technologies by following internal processes and supporting operational excellence and efficiency. \n\u2022 Track and report Remote Solutions activity and KPIs, and capture customer feedback to support continuous improvement and business objectives. \n\n \n\n \n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for \n\n \n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields. \n\u2022 1\u20132 years of experience in telehealth, medical devices, healthcare IT, or remote connectivity solutions. \n\u2022 Change\u2011management mindset with agility, proactivity, and problem\u2011solving skills. \n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required, French preferred. \n\u2022 Competency in MS Office and IT/Telecom technical knowledge is preferred. \n\u2022 Willingness to travel within the region for on\u2011site support, training, and Remote Solutions activities. \n\n \n\nAs a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most \u2013 united by a deep caring for human life.
