Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions while utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and family members to coordinate care and support client progress.
• Document client assessments, interventions, and progress to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about advancements in the field of speech therapy.
• Provide guidance to clients and their families on communication strategies to be used outside therapy sessions.

• A relevant degree in Speech Therapy with valid registration to practice.
• Proficiency in English; additional language fluency is a bonus.
• Experience working as a speech therapist, particularly in clinical or educational settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to client care.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new cultural and professional setting.
