As a member of the Office of the CCO, you’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), right at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Satisfaction.

Your role? To assist in the day-to-day activities, projects, and communications that keep our commercial engine running smoothly — while learning how strategy turns into execution at the highest level.

As an intern within the Office of the Chief Commercial Officer, you will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief of Staff, offering vital assistance on daily priorities and in supporting the planning and execution of leadership meetings, workshops, and offsite events.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in preparing impactful communications, drafting meeting notes, and creating executive-level presentations.

You will actively monitor and follow up on strategic initiatives, ensuring key projects stay on track.

Additionally, you will conduct market and customer research to provide valuable insights for leadership discussions.

• Microsoft office (focus PowerPoint and Excel)
• SharePoint
• Miro or Whiteboard
• PowerBi considered a plus
