YOUR MISSION:
Lead the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures, the development of legal structures for the company, the delivery of legal advice, and the handling of legal cases.

- Draft detailed policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with external requirements.
- Offer specialist advice on policy interpretation and application, resolving complex issues and enabling informed decision-making.
- Monitor and review team performance to ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory codes.
- Engage stakeholders by identifying their needs and concerns, and addressing them to support effective communication of business decisions.
- Communicate and implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team, motivating members to achieve local business goals.
- Manage and report on the performance of a diverse team, setting clear performance objectives and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Recommend organizational structure adjustments to align with broader corporate principles.
- Identify and address the team's development needs through formal and informal training, enhancing their professional capabilities.
- Ensure all job descriptions are inclusive and adhere to the company's diversity guidelines.
- Maintain a Master's Degree or equivalent level of education, with substantial experience in providing leadership and interpreting strategy to set and deliver long-term objectives.
