This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Groupement des Mousquetaires. We are currently looking for a Responsable RHF in France.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow the out-of-home (RHF) business, driving strategic and operational development in a dynamic food production environment. The Responsable RHF will be responsible for revenue growth, profitability, and positioning the product offering with key market players, including national and regional clients, wholesalers, and institutions. You will manage and coach a dedicated commercial team, identify new business opportunities, and ensure that the product portfolio aligns with market needs. The role combines commercial leadership, market insight, and strategic thinking to deliver results in a competitive and evolving industry.

Accountabilities

·         Define and execute the commercial strategy for the RHF channel in alignment with company objectives for growth and profitability.

·         Manage relationships with national and regional key accounts, including negotiations, contract management, and responses to tenders.

·         Lead, mentor, and develop the RHF commercial team to enhance skills, performance, and engagement.

·         Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including new clients, product innovations, and market segments.

·         Monitor sales forecasts, performance indicators, and adjust action plans to ensure objectives are met.

·         Collaborate with marketing, finance, and administrative teams to optimize product offerings for the RHF market.

·         Track consumer trends and client expectations to maintain the relevance and competitiveness of the product portfolio.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums.

·         Proven experience (5–8 years minimum) in key account management and team leadership within RHF or agri-food sales and business development.

·         Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.

·         Financial acumen and experience managing a commercial P&L.

·         Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and influencing teams and clients.

·         Strong relational agility and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

·         Resilience and ability to perform under pressure.

·         Bac+5 level education in a relevant field.
