This opening is on behalf of one of our clients, and we’ll work closely with you to make the process clear and straightforward.
About the role
Our client is a European, privately owned manufacturer recognized for high-performance lubricants and synthetic ester base stocks used across aerospace, defense, industrial, and automotive markets. They partner closely with customers to deliver reliable, future-proof solutions and invest heavily in R&D to balance performance with environmental responsibility. You’ll be the first point of contact for Sage X3 users (Level-1 support, evolving to Level-2) across Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Production. You’ll triage incidents, guide users, document processes, and collaborate with technical teams and external partners to keep business operations running smoothly—including a production site in the United States (professional English required).
