Sales & Account Manager – Club / Electronic - France

We’re looking for a Sales & Account Manager specialising in the club and electronic market in France to join our Commercial Team, leading our key partners in France on strategy, growth and revenue with DICE

About the role
We work with the best electronic artists, promoters and venues in music and culture, like Knockdown Center in New York, Ministry of Sound in London, Club Space in Miami, Circoloco in Ibiza, C2C in Turin and Pitchfork Festival in Paris. You’ll form relationships with leading clubs and promoters, helping them thrive with DICE.
This is a hybrid role focused on growing revenue and building our relationships across key partners across the market. Your expertise in France’s club and electronic industry and knowledge of the market mean you know what makes clubs, promoters and festivals tick. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing market and establish strong working relationships with our major partners, focusing on operational excellence, engagement and growth.
You are commercially focused with a strong strategic sense and constantly look for new and expanded ways to help your partner achieve sales targets and expand their footprint. You lead by example and will set the standard of excellence for the French market.
You’ll be
Identifying, negotiating and closing partnerships with the best clubs and promoters in key French cities.
Developing open lines of communication with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams that drive operational excellence.
Maximising Partner success by tracking sales performance, surfacing key insights and deploying strategies that optimise marketing and sales strategies.
Bringing key French partners into the global DICE network to grow their brand globally.
Keeping your finger on the pulse of DICE product developments and industry trends that will evolve the Partner event strategy.
Contributing to team culture, collaboration and communication to overcome ambiguity and achieve shared success.
Thinking outside the box to remain competitive and ahead of our competitors.
Providing weekly progress reports, enabling clear visibility on the French pipeline, renewals and business performance.
You are

You need
A network of potential partners and local knowledge of France.
Demonstrated business and commercial acumen.
Strong grasp of marketing, social media and analytics.

Strong communication skills.
Proven experience in live events in Account Management, Event Operations, Ticketing or Marketing.
High attention to detail and resourcefulness.
Excellent knowledge of how festivals, clubs and promoters work.
This position is based in Paris, France, with travel across key cities in France and the opportunity for travel to the London office.
