Our vision is a ‘smarter' world where innovative applications and services leverage connected vehicle datasets, and the insights they provide, to dramatically transform and continually improve everyday lives for consumers and businesses Stellantis, one of the largest global car makers and the parent company of dozens of iconic brands including Jeep, Fiat, Maserati, Peugeots, and more, has created Mobilisights, a Data Business Unit to harness sensor and other data from 10s of millions of connected vehicles as well as that from IoT/connected devices from external sources to build data products and services that can power hundreds of brand-new b2b and b2c applications, services, and decision-making across industries.

Your Mission
We are on a mission to be a leading global provider of highest quality data products, services, and rich, actionable insights derived from connected car data in a privacy compliant, non-discriminatory, and easy to consume fashion.
As a Sales & Business Development Manager, B2G Lead for EMEA you will drive discovery and establishment of new market segments for data products and services, ensuring sustained long-term revenue growth, primarily in the Business for Government/Public Sector (B2G) area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Help develop and then drive the execution of the business development plan for opening new markets/segments for DaaS business.
•Evaluate new target markets by understanding their market conditions including competitive landscape, product-market fit, and document feature/function gaps to successful enter and win the new segment.
•Quantify business opportunities and work with product teams to establish biz case for entering new market segment(s) by demonstrating material RoI.
•Foster and build strong relationships with public authorities and their ecosystems of technical consultancies, solution providers and VARs
•Identify relevant tenders and projects, identify new business opportunities
•Work with product and solutions teams to complete proof-of-concepts and establish reference accounts in new market segments.
•Train sales team to capture the new market. Work with product/marketing to create market entry/capture strategy and build collateral, GTM messaging, sales playbook, and pitches.
•Detect short-term opportunities while building relationships and longer-term business development, positioning Mobilisights as a thought leader and key stakeholders in leveraging DaaS to enable smart solutions for a smarter world

Profil

Skills – Basic Qualifications

Top Performers will be able to demonstrate:

•0 to 1 mindset and a track record of developing new markets, industries, partnerships, and channels to expand serviceable market for their products and services leading to revenue and market-share gain.
•Blue-sky, out-of-the-box thinking to find new applications for existing product capabilities.
•Ability to spot an emerging market trend, gauge key value proposition to address it, and influence product roadmaps to capture it.
•Experience with Governmental/Federal/EU leads project and formal RFQ/tendering process
•Solid understanding of B2G way of working, legal/policy frameworks like GDPR/CCPA that govern data licensing and an unwavering commitment to data protection and privacy.
•Consultative selling skills and first-hand experience working closely with early adopter customers to build solutions that scale for an entire market segment.
•Broad understanding of B2B data ecosystem and business models; experience taking ‘data as a service/product' to market. Experience with data from connected cars and devices is a huge plus.
•Top-notch communication and presentation skills with an ability to establish strategic business relationships and influence decision makers at customer companies.
•Strong professional network in the region across public as well as private sectors; experience with data-centric verticals such as insurance, mobility, telematics, fleets, advertising, navigation is a plus.
•Solid network of professionals and previous partners within the B2G space
•An entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to take on challenges that come along with building a new business. Startup experience will be a plus.
•7+ years of business development or related experience in data, technology, or related fields.
•Experience working with pan-regional customer base
•Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
