Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Director to oversee and coordinate our company's sales operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing sales strategies to ensure the company meets its strategic goals. You will also play a key role in defining these strategies from a managerial perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Planning and Organization: Analyze market trends to plan and organize sales activities effectively.
• Pricing Policy: Collaborate with the marketing department to set competitive pricing strategies.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the commercial team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a commercial director or similar role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
