ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting to the Vice President of the Coffee Business Unit, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company's key business clients in the EMEA region. This role involves understanding the client's business needs, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet those needs, ultimately driving client satisfaction and company revenue.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business clients. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company. Address client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement the Sales Strategy of the Business Unit coffee to meet client needs and company objectives in EMEA region.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and new business development. Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and goals, providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive and grow sales for the Coffee Business in EMEA while achieving sales targets and accounting for growth objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit. Monitor account performance and ensure profitability.
  • Involve key customers in the use of digital sales tools (es CRM, calculators)
  • Work closely with internal teams (., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions. Coordinate with the Head of Sales to implement distribution agreements and pricing structure and support client billing and payments.
  • Through contacts with distribution and end-customers ensure systematic flow of information on competition, market, new potential, new customers, and feedback on products marketed by the company to enhance market knowledge and contribute to decisions concerning company products/markets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities. Prepare regular reports on sales status, sales performance, and client interactions.
  • Ensure definition of sales terms and company updates with reference to laws, business regulations, product and technical-manufacturing rules
  • Actively participate in trade shows and other industry events
  • Degree in Economics / Business Admin. or equivalent working experience. 
  • at least 10 years of working experience in sales. 
  • Strong sales background in Coffee business. 
  • Deep working experience in multicultural and complex organization.
  • Digital minded
  • Strong approach towards inclusion and diversity
  • Proven leadership capabilities: particularly a strong ability to influence and convince others. 
  • Able to establish credibility by demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm. 
  • Able to contribute to a team environment but must be independent in areas of own responsibility. 
  • Knowledge of coffee market (Sales Region). 
  • Competition and coffee industry knowledge. 
  • Business understanding and process knowledge. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and on own initiative, delivering the defined results.
  • Team player 
  • Fluent English and French. Other Languages will be considered a plus.
  • Available to travel up to 70% of working time.
