About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Drive business development and sales for Smart Warehouse solutions in European market. Promote a comprehensive product portfolio including Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), Warehouse Management & Control Systems (WMS/WCS), and AGV-based robotic dispatching systems.

2. Prospect for and identify Smart Warehouse needs from customers across key verticals such as manufacturing, e-commerce, cold chain logistics, healthcare, electronics, retail, semiconductor, and home appliances. Develop customized sales proposals based on specific customer scenarios, managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement and requirements analysis to solution presentation and commercial negotiations.

3. Maintain relationships with key accounts, explore their potential needs in depth. Collaborate with local industry partners, to establish long-term, stable partnerships with accounts.

4. Monitor industry trends, gather market information, and provide insights to support product improvement and sales strategy optimization.

5. Achieve company-defined sales targets and performance metrics. Be responsible for sales contract execution, payment collection follow-up, and post-sales coordination.
