About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in France.
This is a quota-carrying, field-based role that combines new business development with the growth of existing accounts.

You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, winning new customers, and expanding business within assigned accounts. The role requires a hands-on, proactive sales professional who is comfortable both hunting for new opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Growth
• Identify, approach, and win new end customers across target verticals.
• Develop and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline with a focus on near- and mid-term revenue.
• Increase market awareness through customer meetings, events, and product demonstrations.
• Develop relationships with integrators, consultants, and system houses to expand market reach.

Sales Execution & Deal Closing
• Lead customer engagements, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Understand customer needs and position Kramer solutions in a clear, practical way.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Prepare offers, follow up consistently, and drive opportunities to closure.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective solution design and delivery.

Channel Collaboration
• Work closely with existing partners to generate and progress opportunities.
• Support partners on active deals to accelerate closure.
• Identify and onboard new partners where needed to expand coverage.

Pipeline & CRM Management
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account activity, and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce).
• Provide clear visibility on opportunities, account development, and risks.


Required Skills & Experience
Experience
• 5+ years of sales experience, including both new business and account development.
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role.
• Experience building pipeline, managing accounts, and closing deals.
• Exposure to indirect sales or partner ecosystems is a plus.

Technical & Commercial Skills
• Solid audio-visual technology knowledge
• Ability to translate technical features into clear business value.
• Fluent in French and English.

Soft Skills
• Strong hunter mentality combined with the ability to develop existing business.
• Hands-on, action-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and partners.
• Resilient, persistent, and results-driven.
